Work mostly remotely (if you want). We meet once a week in Cambridge, and the rest is up to you. If you want to work from a co-working space, we'll cover that too.
Competitive compensation. The salary range for this role is £36,000 - £48,000, depending on experience.

At Ko-fi, our community is our heartbeat, and creators are at the centre of everything we do. In this role, you'll lead how we show up for creators - through social content, video, and community projects that will help them grow.
You'll be their champion: the voice of the community and advocating for them internally, and the face of Ko-fi to creators all over the world.
