We’re building a global Support, Trust and Safety team and we’re looking for a passionate customer support and moderation executive to join us. You’ll be based in USA, Canada or South America and will be our first hire outside Europe and Asia.
Answer questions from our community of Creators and Supporters and help them use the Ko-fi platform.
Replicate issues/bugs and work with the product team to prioritise, solve and communicate responses to Creators.
Review content uploaded to the Ko-fi platform, highlight anything against our terms of service and use your judgement to enforce our content guidelines to keep Ko-fi safe.
Always be searching for ways to improve our help centre, in-product guidance and support and moderation processes.
What We’re Looking For
Empathy and patience. You’re effortlessly polite, understanding and helpful even when dealing with difficult people.
Great communication. Your written English is impeccable. You can break down complicated topics into digestible steps, you know exactly when to include an image or video in a response to make an answer clear.
A self-starting organiser. You can prioritise the most important cases and highlight trends while managing a portfolio of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
